ANNOUNCEMENT REGARDING APRIL CONFERENCE:

NACMID Annual conference postponed.

Due to rapidly escalating health concerns related to the spread of the coronavirus disease (COVID-19), the 2020 NACMID Annual Conference scheduled for April 6th and 7th in Portsmouth, NH will be cancelled and postponed to a future date. This was an extremely difficult decision for the organization to make, however, the current situation remains dynamic and continues to evolve each day. Many hospitals and vendors have already implemented travel/conference restrictions, and we expect others to do so over the coming weeks. As an organization committed to public health and safety, we feel it necessary to cancel the conference.

If you have already registered for the meeting, you will be fully reimbursed by March 15th. As mentioned above, our goal is to postpone and hold the same conference at a future date. We certainly hope that you will be able to attend.

We apologize for any inconvenience that this causes and appreciate your understanding and commitment to infectious disease.

Welcome Microbiologists!
