Thank you for joining us at our annual conference! See below for important information including networking and lead retrieval with vendors, how to access CMLE after the conference, session locations and function room layout, and more. Any important announcements throughout the conference will also be posted here.
Please contact us at nacmid1983@gmail.com if you cannot find an answer to your question.
Each attendee and speaker has a QR code on the BACK of their name badge. Scan this barcode to add the person's name, email address, job title, and place of work to your phone's contact list. Information will also include the comment "NACMID 2025" so you can easily search your list for contacts acquired during the conference.
This QR code is used for registration purposes only. The registration booth will scan this code when you check in for the conference.
An online evaluation will be emailed to each attendee at the completion of the conference. Fill out the evaluation for each session you attended; a CMLE certificate will be issued by email within 3 days of submission.
If you attend both days, you can claim a total of 9.5 CMLE credits:
You can find meal tickets behind your badge in the badge holder. You should have a ticket for each day you are registered for the conference. If you are missing a meal ticket, please ask for one at the registration booth.
NACMID bingo encourages attendees to visit all of our vendors! This year we have so many vendors that we have two separate bingo cards. Simply visit all of the vendors on your card by 2:15pm then turn in your card at the NACMID booth in the exhibits hall. Raffle prizes for completed cards will be given both days of the conference.
