Conference Schedule Update, 9/20/26
Due to unforeseen circumstances, Workshop C on Monday afternoon with Romney Humphries has been cancelled. An email has been sent to all registered attendees with further information. We apologize for the last minute schedule change.

Each attendee and speaker has a QR code on the BACK of their name badge. Scan this barcode to add the person's name, email address, job title, and place of work to your phone's contact list. Information will also include the comment "NACMID 2026" so you can easily search your list for contacts acquired during the conference.
This QR code is used for registration purposes only. The registration booth will scan this code when you check in for the conference.
An online evaluation will be emailed to each attendee at the completion of the conference. Fill out the evaluation for each session you attended; a CMLE certificate will be issued by email within a few days of submission.
If you attend both days, you can claim a total of 9 CMLE credits:
- Monday total credits = 5. No credits are available for the keynote address.
- Tuesday total credits = 4. No credits are available for the vendor focused sessions (sessions 1A, 1B, 2A, and 2B).
You can find meal tickets behind your badge in the badge holder. You should have a ticket for each day you are registered for the conference. If you are missing a meal ticket, please ask for one at the registration booth.
Yes! Posters will be presented Monday afternoon from 1:30pm-2:30pm.
